About RareData

RareData is a collaborative initiative uniting the AI, Art, and Web3 communities, co-founded by Eric Chan, Olof van Winden, and Rene Bernard. It began with the mission of connecting top communities and leaders across diverse industries.

Our Partners

One of our key partners is Morpheus AI, led by community pioneer David Johnston, who first coined the term DApp in 2013. Today, Morpheus AI unites global GPU resources and builders to power the next generation of artificial intelligence.

Another cornerstone partner alongside our co-founder is Conflux Network, a blockchain platform backed by the City of Shanghai and founded by Prof. Long Fan, Yuan Jie, and Prof. Wu Ming. Recognized as one of China’s fastest-growing and most prominent blockchain networks, Conflux provides the technological foundation for scaling global creativity.

TodaysArt Festival (todaysart.org)—also founded by Olof van Winden—joins RareData to further strengthen these creative connections. As one of the 15 leading international art festivals in the Netherlands, TodaysArt is now making its debut in Asia in collaboration with RareData.

Empowering Creators

RareData invites creators—artists, dreamers, innovators, and storytellers, both coders and non-coders—into a dynamic, boundary-free ecosystem. It transcends traditional workspaces by connecting creators with AI-powered tools designed for all skill levels. By linking talent with resources, networks, and platforms, RareData nurtures a community where creativity fuels progress. Rather than building new spaces, it integrates existing ones, empowering creators to shape the future through bold, AI-driven ideas.

Sustainability and Collaboration

As a global AI playground, RareData partners with coworking spaces, innovation labs, and community centers to maximize their potential while reducing environmental impact. By connecting these hubs instead of constructing new ones, RareData minimizes its carbon footprint and builds a sustainable, decentralized ecosystem. AI serves as the catalyst—enabling seamless collaboration and amplifying creative output through accessible tools and shared resources.

TodaysArt Festival

In September 2026, with the endorsement of the Malaysia Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, RareData will host the TodaysArt Festival—the world’s largest showcase of AI-driven art and technology. This groundbreaking event will unite coders and non-coders to present AI-infused creations, from immersive installations to cutting-edge innovations. By democratizing access to AI tools, the festival inspires collaboration and positions RareData as a leader in the global AI creative movement.

Redefining Startup Growth

RareData also redefines startup growth by connecting creators with existing launchpads—incubators, accelerators, and innovation hubs—instead of building new ones. Through these collaborations, startups gain access to world-class talent, tools, and networks, accelerating growth and empowering bold, AI-driven ventures.

Welcoming Digital Nomads

Finally, RareData welcomes digital nomads, linking location-independent creators to a global network of collaborative spaces and AI-powered platforms. Whether through virtual communities or physical hubs, nomads gain access to mentors, resources, and collaborators. By placing creators at the center, RareData ensures that every nomad—coder or not—has the tools and connections to contribute to a global movement, with AI as the spark for creativity.
